  • Wellness with the OM methodology is a progressive, holistic wellness approach, inspired by the principles of functional medicine, positive psychology, and complementary healing philosophies. Food as medicine is foundational, while no specific dietary pattern is a prerequisite. Instead, eating predominantly nutrient-dense whole foods is recommended. Practicing intuitive, healthy eating patterns as a lifestyle is at the forefront of our nutritional focus, alongside nutrient timing, non-toxic cooking, and supporting the body’s built-in detoxification processes.

    We’ll address imbalance and dysfunction through a holistic approach to lifestyle transformation.  We streamline lifestyle habits with an intentional yet minimalist approach that encourages long-term sustainability.  

    Personalized lifestyle recommendations are provided after a comprehensive assessment of one’s health history, goals, and concerns.  

    Within our Personalised Holistic Wellness Program, we collaboratively design a support style that best suits your personality, goals, and needs.  Rather than relying solely on meeting monthly to connect and continue your progress, we maintain weekly touchpoints to receive accountability as desired, rework or edit shopping lists or meal plans, and address any questions or concerns as they arise outside of your monthly 1:1.  This style of ongoing collaborative communication encourages consistent and steady progress.

  • Positive Integrative Wellness offers subscription-based content via “Wellness With OM,” which is available at our website www.wellnesswithom.com

    This includes exclusively curated content in our journal, course lessons, and video library. This content is thoughtfully guided yet navigated independently.

    We also offer a Personalized Holistic Wellness Program, which includes 1:1 work with Olivia Marks to individualize a holistic wellness plan tailored to your needs, goals, and concerns.

  • A session in our Personalized Holistic Wellness Mentoring Program typically lasts around 60 minutes. However, in some instances, a more extended session of around 90 minutes may be necessary to cover broader topics, such as reviewing your health history, goals, and needs while working together.
